What 𑛄 means
It denotes four inside a Takri number.
Takri descends from Sharada through Devāśeṣa, a script used for religious and official writing that emerged in the 14th century. Popular Takri served commercial and informal writing, and became distinct from Devāśeṣa in the 16th century.
Takri is also related to Gurmukhi and Landa. The closely related Dogra script was used to write Dogri. In regional forms, Takri served as the official script of several princely states in northern and northwestern India from the 17th century to the mid-20th century. It was used alongside Devanagari through the late 19th century, then gradually replaced by it.
Neutral: this is a numeral in Takri writing.
