What 𑛃 means
It means three in Takri. Takri is a historic script used to write Chambeali, Dogri, and other languages of northern South Asia. Its numerals served commercial, informal, and official writing.
Takri descended from Sharada through Devāśeṣa, an intermediate script for religious and official writing. Devāśeṣa emerged in the 14th century; Takri became distinct in the 16th century. Landa and Gurmukhi are related scripts.
Regional forms were official in several local kingdoms from the 17th century to the mid-20th century. The Unicode 17.0 reference glyph is based mainly on Chamba, in Himachal Pradesh; older records can show other regional forms.
