What 𖩻 means
It writes /ə/ in tone 2.
Schwa is the unstressed first vowel in English “about.” Tone is a pitch pattern that distinguishes words. Muishvung tone 2 falls from mid-high; Tangsa varieties realize tones differently. X marks tone 2.
Lakhum Mossang began the alphabet in 1990 to write Tangsa; he first taught it by hand for Muishvung, his own variety. A 2019 revision added V to distinguish schwa /ə/ from the A series /a/. It was a new design, unrelated by descent to older scripts.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𖩻 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
