What 𘦧 means
It is a structural component, not a Tangut word. In the Tangut script, components describe and index larger characters, also called ideographs. An Ideographic Description Sequence (IDS) is a written recipe for a character’s parts; a component can appear in one without being a spoken word itself.
The Tangut script wrote the Tangut language and was created around 1036 for the Western Xia state. It was used for government writing and Buddhist translations. Surviving examples include medieval manuscripts; the latest known Tangut inscription dates to 1502. The component system describes historical characters and also supports scholarly indexing and analysis.

Questions people ask
2Is 𘦧 a Chinese character?
No. It belongs to Tangut writing, a separate script used for the Tangut language. Tangut writing drew on Chinese graphic practices, but the two scripts are distinct and cannot be read as each other.
Why does 𘦧 show as a box?
It can. A font without coverage for this Tangut component cannot draw it, so it shows a missing-glyph box. The box is a rendering failure, not another character or reading.
