What 𘦨 means
It labels a structural piece, not a word. Scholars use Tangut components to find characters in dictionaries and explain how their parts fit together. This component's meaning or sound depends on the larger character, so 𘦨 has no fixed English gloss by itself. A Tangut-capable font is needed to show it.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 under the first emperor of Western Xia, a state in northwest China, to write Tangut. Western Xia dictionaries (1038–1227) ordered entries by sound; later scholars devised different component systems. Components can also form character-description sequences that show how Tangut characters are built.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘦨 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut Components block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
