What 𗃞 means
It is a Tangut character glossed “puppy.”
Western Xia (Xixia) introduced Tangut writing around 1036 for the Tangut language. It was used from the 11th to the 16th century in what is now northwestern China.
The Tangut dictionary Wénhǎi (“Sea of Writing”), from the 12th century, records 𗃞.
Why does 𗃞 look like a blank box?
Your font may not contain Tangut characters. Without a supporting font, it may appear as a box; the character remains text.
Historical language reference; the gloss alone cannot reveal a sender’s intent.
A “puppy” gloss alone does not prove a pet-related message.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗃞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
