What 𗃯 means
It means “to become sick frequently” in Tangut.
The Tangut language was used in the Western Xia state. Its writing system was created in 1036 for government and for translating the Buddhist canon, a collection of Buddhist scriptures. It drew on Khitan models and Chinese writing principles. Later Tangut texts translated Chinese and Tibetan works; a 12th-century dictionary records this gloss.
If 𗃯 appears as a box, your font lacks Tangut support; another Tangut-capable font may draw the same character differently.
Historical vocabulary, mainly found in Tangut texts and study.

1Why does 𗃯 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
