What 𗃲 means
It means “to do” or “to act” in Tangut.
Tangut was the writing system of Western Xia (Xixia), created by imperial decree and used from 1036–1502. The 12th-century Wén Hǎi (“Sea of Characters”), a Tangut dictionary, records 𗃲. Tangut signs can resemble Chinese characters visually, but 𗃲 belongs to Tangut writing, not Chinese.
Historical and scholarly, not casual chat shorthand.
Alone, it is not a clear modern command; ask the sender what they mean.
