What 𗇼 means
In Tangut, 𗇼 means “goat.”
The Tangut script was created by imperial order to write the Tangut language. Its characters were modeled on Chinese writing, but they form a separate script; knowing Chinese characters does not let you read Tangut. A 12th-century Tangut dictionary called Homophones records 𗇼. Buddhist texts continued to be written in Tangut after the Western Xia state fell.

1Why does 𗇼 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
