What 𗍔 means
The label is an ID, not a translation. “17354” is the code point, the number assigned to 𗍔. Tangut writing drew on Chinese visual principles, but its reading must come from Tangut context.
Created in 1036 under Li Yuanhao, ruler of Xixia (Western Xia), the Tangut kingdom, the script served state records and Buddhist translation. Neighboring Khitan rulers also developed a state script. Tangut writing continued in religious use after Western Xia fell in 1227; Buddhist pillars erected at Baoding in 1502 are among its latest datable examples.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗍔 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
