What 𗍖 means
A Tangut word list glosses it as “pulse.” Xixia (Tangut) script was created in 1036 for Western Xia, a state in northern China. It supported state-building, a Buddhist canon, and an identity distinct from Song China.
The Tanguts followed the Khitan, whose two scripts came about a century earlier. Tangut character-building drew on Chinese methods but was not derived from Chinese. Surviving texts include Chinese and Tibetan translations; a fragment from Khara-khoto, a ruined city, probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗍖 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
