What 𗘷 means
Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary gives the meaning “to roar” (entry 0222).
The Tangut script was created in 1036 for the Western Xia state and a Buddhist canon. Later texts included Chinese and Tibetan translations as well as secular works. A Khara-khoto manuscript, probably from the 12th or early 13th century, shows this wider use. Tangut forms drew on Chinese and earlier Khitan writing but remained distinct.
Historical and academic; casual use needs context.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗘷 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
