What 𗝮 means
In Tangut, 𗝮 means “rake,” the garden tool.
Li Fanwen’s 2008 English index glosses it as “rake”; the Unicode 16.0 Tangut chart maps 𗝮 to that dictionary entry, L2008-4287.
Around 1036, the kingdom of Western Xia created Tangut script for official and cultural writing, including Buddhist texts. Use continued into the Yuan and Ming periods before the script became obsolete; the Unicode 16.0 overview dates the script, not this character’s first appearance.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗝮 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
