What 𗠔 means
It is a Tangut stem for “send,” also used causatively.
A Tangut dictionary glosses it “to send”; as a causative helper, it makes another verb mean “cause someone to act.”
Western Xia, a state in northwestern China, created the Tangut script around 1036 to write the Tangut language. It served government records, teaching, and translation. An official document from 1072 is its earliest surviving example. Use continued through the Yuan and Ming dynasties, and the script became obsolete by the end of Ming. Rediscovered in the late 19th century, it was largely deciphered in the early 20th century.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗠔 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
