What 𗡗 means
It means “chicken” in Tangut.
Tangut was a character-based script for the Tangut language, created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor. It served official and cultural writing: government and private documents, inscriptions, books, and Buddhist sutras translated from Chinese and Tibetan. The numbered Unicode label is an encoding address, not a translation of the Tangut word.
After Western Xia fell to the Mongols, Tangut writing continued under later dynasties and became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
Is 𗡗 Chinese or Tangut?
Tangut; its Chinese-like appearance does not make it Chinese.
The Tangut script is distinct and unrelated to Chinese ideographs. Historical manuscripts ran top to bottom in columns arranged from right to left. Modern digital text generally runs horizontally from left to right, so layout can change while the character stays the same.

Questions people ask
1𗡗 font not showing?
Probably a font-coverage issue. If the glyph appears as a box, the active font may lack Tangut support; another font can draw the same character differently.
