What 𗡙 means

It means praising someone very highly.

Xixia's emperor commissioned Tangut writing in 1036 for state-building and a Buddhist canon. The script took visual and structural ideas from Chinese writing but remained distinct; neighboring Khitan peoples had created scripts a century earlier. An undated Khara-khoto manuscript likely dates to the 12th or early 13th century. It remained in use after Xixia fell in 1227; a later example dates to 1502. Surviving texts include Buddhist works, Chinese translations, and secular books.

Historical and scholarly.

The old gloss alone does not mean the sender is praising you.
