What 𗨇 means
It means “to reward.” “Tangut Ideograph-17A07” is a Unicode code label, not its translation.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 for Western Xia records and translations. Its earliest transmitted text dates to 1072. The script remained in use through the Yuan and Ming, became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty, and was rediscovered in the late 19th century. N. A. Nevsky’s early 20th-century work helped decipher it.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗨇 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
