What 𗨯 means
A Tangut dictionary gloss for 𗨯 is “skill.”
Xixia (Western Xia) created the Tangut script in 1036 under Emperor Li Yuanhao as part of building a state. It served government and a Buddhist canon (a collection of Buddhist scriptures), as well as Buddhist works, Chinese works translated into Tangut, and Confucian, military, and literary writing. Its forms drew on Chinese writing and Khitan writing, another script used in the region, but Tangut remained distinct.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗨯 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
