What 𗯮 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “peaceful and happy.” It appears in Grains of Gold, an introductory text that taught Tangut characters through a thousand-character poem.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 for the Western Xia state and Buddhist translation. Surviving manuscripts from the 12th or early 13th century include official, legal, literary, and religious texts. Tangut remained in use through the Yuan and Ming dynasties before becoming obsolete. Its design drew on Chinese and Khitan writing, but Tangut remained a separate script.

1Why does 𗯮 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
