What 𗲫 means
𗲫 is a Tangut character for north.
The Tangut script was created under the first emperor of the Western Xia state (Xixia) around 1036 to write the Tangut language. Surviving material includes official and private documents, religious books and scriptures, inscriptions, and manuscripts.
Tangut writing continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming period.
A historical character; interpret it in its Tangut-language context.

1Why does 𗲫 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
