What 𗹚 means
It means “soil” in the Tangut script.
The 12th-century Tangut dictionary Sea of Characters lists this glyph as entry 79.211; an English index glosses it “soil.”
Tangut entered use in the 11th century for the Western Xia state’s official, legal, and Buddhist texts. Its characters resemble Chinese characters, but Tangut is a separate script. In the recorded structure of 𗹚, 𘣯 is on the left and 𘢌 on the right.
Historical and specialist; use it when reading Tangut texts.
Here, “earth” means soil or ground, not the planet.
