What 𘌈 means
In Tangut, it describes something level, without a rise or dip.
In the Chinese title 瑜伽師地本母 of a Buddhist treatise, 𘌈 begins the Tangut counterpart; 瑜 opens the Chinese title.
The Western Xia state developed Tangut writing around 1036 for the Tangut language. It appears in government, private, and religious texts and continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties. It fell out of use by the end of the Ming and was rediscovered in the late 19th century.
