What 𘌉 means
It names millet, the cereal grain.
Tangut writing was developed in the early 11th century for Western Xia (Xixia), a medieval state. It served government and cultural work, including Buddhist translations. Its forms show Chinese influence, but Tangut is a distinct writing system. The latest known Tangut inscription is dated 1502, after Western Xia ended.
A character for historical or scholarly Tangut text; outside that setting, it reads as specialist writing.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘌉 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
