What 𘙐 means
It marks contrastive focus. The scholarly transcription is wja1. It is grammatical, not the verb “to say”; in some constructions, one analysis compares it with Tibetan ན (“if”) or Sanskrit अपि (“also”), so translation depends on context.
Tangut writing was created in 1036 for the Western Xia state and its Buddhist canon. It follows Chinese character-making principles but writes Tangut, not Chinese; the earlier Khitan script shows another regional state creating its own writing. A Khara-Khoto manuscript probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut texts include Buddhist, Chinese, Tibetan and secular works.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
