What 󠆲 means
It requests a glyph form after a compatible Han character.
The base character comes first, with VS195 second: together they form an ideographic variation sequence. Unicode uses the pair to preserve a glyph distinction without assigning each shape a separate character. The Ideographic Variation Database registers the exact pair and the glyph group it requests.
Why does VS195 look blank?
This selector has no visible shape of its own.
If the exact pair is unsupported or unregistered, the selector is invisible and the base character normally appears in its usual form. A font must also support the pair to show its requested variant.
Apps that do not support variation sequences may also ignore selectors during text tasks such as searching or sorting.
