Make upside down question mark symbol
- Enable NUM LOCK.
- Hold ALT key and press (while holding) next buttons on the NumPad (numbers on right side of keyboard) of your keyboard: 0 then 1 then 9 and finnaly - 1.
- Release Alt key.
