What 𖦐 means
It is a character from an earlier stage of Bamum writing.
Phase E was the fifth major form of the script, developed around 1907–1908 as earlier pictographic and word-sign forms were simplified. King Njoya and palace advisers developed Bamum writing for administration, education, correspondence, chronicles, and records. A manuscript from 1897 is an early record of the script. Later phases moved toward syllabic writing, a shift compared with the development of Vai. “Set” is part of Unicode’s label; the character’s reading depends on its Bamum text.
