What 𥲀 means
It preserves a Taiwanese CNS 11643 form of 𥲀. CNS 11643 is Taiwan’s Chinese character interchange standard. Its 1992 source entry T5-6C7D means plane 5, position 6C7D. Unicode kept this separate code point so conversion to and from that encoding can recover the original entry.
Why does 𥲀 turn into 𥲀?
Normalization maps it to 𥲀. Unicode text normalization, a cleanup step for consistent text, replaces 𥲀 with 𥲀. That removes the separate source code point. To retain the variant through normalization, use standardized variation sequence U25C80 UFE00: the base ideograph plus an invisible variation selector.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𥲀 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
