What 𦼬 means
It is another written form of 菹.
The Eastern Han Shuowen Jiezi, an early Chinese character dictionary, records 𦼬 as a variant of 菹 using 皿 (“dish” or “vessel”). Older dictionary senses of 菹 include marshland and minced meat.
Text normalization rewrites equivalent forms into a standard sequence; it can map 𦼬 to 𦼬. Taiwan's CNS 11643-1992 character set uses the separate code for conversion to and from Unicode. The sequence 𦼬︀ adds a variation selector, a nonprinting character that supported software can use to preserve the glyph distinction.
