What 𧥦 means
It preserves a compatibility form of 𧥦. Unicode assigned it so text in Taiwan's CNS 11643-1992 character standard could convert to Unicode and back without losing which source character it used.
Is 𧥦 the same as 𧥦?
They are canonically equivalent, but have different code points. Unicode normalization—the software process that makes equivalent text consistent—may rewrite 𧥦 as 𧥦, losing which code point was originally entered.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𧥦 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Compatibility Ideographs Supplement block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
