What 䯎 means
It is a preserved form of 骭, the character for the shinbone.
Taiwan's Education Ministry lists 䯎 as a variant of 骭. The Western Han Huainanzi uses 骭 for a lower-leg bone; Shuowen Jiezi, a Chinese character dictionary compiled around 100 CE, gives the same sense.
CNS 11643-1992 retained position 7-2B55 for round-trip conversion to that standard. Unicode normalization, a software text-standardization step, maps 䯎 to 䯎 ; use 䯎 in new Unicode text.

Questions people ask
1Why does 䯎 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the CJK Compatibility Ideographs Supplement block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
