What 𫒟 means
Read it as an older written form of 釪.
The Ming dictionary 《重訂直音篇》 lists 𫒟 as an alternate form of 釪. The bronze instrument named by 錞釪 was used in northern China by the Spring and Autumn period. It later spread west to the Ba, an ancient people of southwest China, for warfare, ritual, and oath-making. It flourished in the Warring States and Han periods, then became uncommon by the Northern and Southern dynasties.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𫒟 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
