What 𮌲 means
It is a Han character recorded in a collection of Buddhist scriptures. The University of Tokyo’s SAT database records it in the Taishō Shinshū Daizōkyō, the printed edition critically edited from 1924 to 1934. It gathers scriptures translated from Indian sources into classical Chinese, works written in China and Korea, and texts composed in Japan. The larger collection grew over more than a millennium; texts were copied by hand before woodblock printing began from the tenth century across China, Korea, and Japan.
In SAT’s digitized edition, unavailable characters were initially represented by glyph images, which people could read but software could not search or exchange as text. Its graphic record places 月 on the left and 堅 on the right; those parts describe the written form, not a pronunciation or translation.
