What 㒿 means
It appears in historical names for head coverings. 接㒿 names a white cap and is also written 接䍦 or 接籬. 羃㒿 is a separate face-covering term, used by men and women.
㒿 is not recorded in Shuowen, an early Chinese dictionary. A Jin-era story tells of Shan Jian returning drunk with the white cap on backward. The 接㒿 allusion appears in Tang-era and later poetry; a Ming-era poem pairs it with the Xi family's pool.
Archaic and literary; the drinking allusion depends on knowing the Shan Jian story.
The drinking allusion belongs to 接㒿 in literary context; bare 㒿 does not by itself refer to drunkenness.

1Why does 㒿 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
