What 𘯐 means
“Character-18BD0” is a code label, not a translation.
Khitan Small Script was developed in the early 10th century to write Khitan. Its inscriptions come chiefly from tombs and monuments of the Liao, Western Liao and Jin dynasties. The first funerary inscriptions in this script known to modern scholars were unearthed in 1922.
Chinese character design influenced the broader Khitan writing tradition. The small script is also said to have been inspired by Uyghur writing, though the two share few visible forms. Later, Jurchen writers adapted Khitan models for their own scripts. In this script, sound-signs usually form clusters of two to eight to spell a word, so one isolated glyph may not show its full role.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘯐 show as a box on some devices?
It is recent: Unicode added it in version 13.0 (2020), and phones and computers whose fonts are older than that have nothing to draw it with. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
