What 𘳓 means
It is a Khitan-script sign. Unicode's label gives no translation or pronunciation.
Khitan writers used it beside Chinese characters in poems, letters and exams. Its shapes drew on Chinese writing, while its sound signs were influenced by the Uyghur alphabet used by Turkic peoples farther west. It was distinct from Khitan large script.
Some signs stand alone; others combine as sounds in rectangular word blocks, so one glyph may be part of a word. The Jin dynasty, ruled by Jurchens, kept Khitan writing official until 1191; Jurchens also adapted it for their own scripts.
