What ⬏ means
It shows a route continuing through a right-to-up bend. In a diagram or notation, the surrounding material tells you what the route connects or where to follow it.
The history of ⬏ includes a proposal from a Unicode working group in 2003. It called for four horizontal arrows with upward or downward tips to complete an unfinished set, suggested drawing them by rotating existing arrow designs, and said their community use at the time was unknown.
