What 🙪 means
It decorates text; it has no standard message of its own.
A printer’s ornament is a small non-text mark used to embellish a page or separate passages. The Unicode proposal identifies the Wingdings source as glyph ID w-1203 and calls it a “fourfold knot ornament.” Wingdings is a set of fonts for printing symbols; its original fonts appeared with Windows 3.1 in 1992.
“Quilt square” describes the visible pattern; the documented role is typographic decoration. If a font lacks a drawing for 🙪, it may display a blank or a generic missing-character box, but the intended character stays the same.
As a reply, it reads as a decorative print mark, not a fixed message.

2Questions people ask
1Why does 🙪 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
