What 𗇲 means
It means “toil,” “work,” or “labour” in Tangut.
Tangut was a distinct script influenced by Chinese writing. The Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao developed it around 1036 for government, state identity, and Buddhist translation.
Khara-Khoto is an abandoned Western Xia city; the earliest dated Tangut Buddhist book found there is from 1084. That dates a surviving book, not this character’s invention. Tangut texts and printing continued after Western Xia fell in 1227.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗇲 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
