What 𗡶 means

The “to help” gloss belongs to 𗡼.

Tangut, also called Xixia, was a historical language written in its own script. A Buddhist manuscript places a Tibetan annotation beside 𗡶.

Tangut script was created about 1036 under the first emperor of Western Xia, a kingdom in northwestern China. It was used in official, private and religious texts, continued after the kingdom fell, and became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. Its forms resemble Chinese ideographs, but the scripts are unrelated.
