What 🭲 means

A fixed-width graphic piece for drawing shapes on screen. PETSCII was the built-in set of letters and graphic tiles on Commodore machines; the PET home computer appeared in 1977. This exact strip appears in PET/VIC-20 and C64/C128 sets. On the C64, its PETSCII screen code was $42, entered with Shift+B. Japan’s Sharp MZ home-computer set also included it at display code 0x35. These tiles let text-only computers make simple pictures.
