What 𞋳 means
It represents three in Wancho numerals.
Wancho numerals run from zero through nine and combine to write larger values.
Teacher Banwang Losu devised the script in Longding district, Arunachal Pradesh, northeast India, between 2001 and 2012. He found that Roman-letter spelling missed Wancho tone contrasts, which can change a word’s meaning; the script also gives Wancho a way to record oral stories and songs.
