What 𜱌 means

A pre-drawn game picture of a small alien. On the European Sharp MZ-700, alternate character cells let games show images on a text-based screen; this one has its jaws open.

In its 2021 proposal, Unicode contributors mapped Sharp MZ display codes to portable text characters and assigned the picture its descriptive English name.

Why does 𜱌 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
