What ⮌ means
Follow the bend back in the opposite direction.
The shape is a U laid on its side, with the bend on the right and a triangular arrowhead. Following the line toward the tip takes you anticlockwise around the bend. The tip tells you which way to follow the path.
As a return arrow, it can illustrate going back along a route or to an earlier step. If you use it in instructions, add a short label explaining what to return to. The character alone does not specify a command such as undo or reload.
A practical, diagram-like sign; a short label makes its intended action clearer.
