What 𜷩 means

It is the lower tile of a two-frame running figure.

The Aquarius launched in 1983 without pixel-by-pixel graphics. Programmers advised on game needs; Mattel artists Joe Ferreira, Monique Lujan-Bakerink, and Peggi Decarli assembled its figures and scenery. Its Aquarius character code is hexadecimal 16.

Place 𜷨 above this tile for frame 1. A separate pair makes the next pose; Unicode keeps the Aquarius mapping distinct when old character data is converted.

Why does 𜷩 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
