Large Type Piece Short Upper Terminal

𜸣 is a short stroke from the HP 2640 series' large-character set, used for oversized letters. Nine pieces fit a 3×3 grid to form one letter; alone, this is only a fragment.

What 𜸣 means

This stroke belongs inside a larger letter.

HP's January 1977 manual lists the set as an option for 2641A/2645A terminals. A 2021 Unicode proposal traces the pieces to HP terminal ROM chips that stored letter shapes for large headlines. This one is a short upper stroke.
