What 𗇿 means
Disease or illness. That is its recorded meaning in Tangut.
𗇿 appears in the 12th-century Tangut text Homophones. Tangut was the language of Western Xia, a state in what is now northwestern China. Its first emperor ordered the script around 1036 for official writing and Buddhist translations. Tangut characters draw on Chinese writing; possible Khitan influence is debated. The script remained in official, private, and religious texts during the Yuan and Ming dynasties after Western Xia fell.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗇿 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
