What means
It was one tile in the Robotron Z9001's text-mode graphics set. On its character set, it occupied code F2.
The East German home computer was introduced in 1984. Its semigraphics used small filled parts of text cells as rough pixels; arranged in a grid, these parts formed low-resolution pictures. Unicode keeps the tile so software that imitates the Z9001 can convert its built-in character list without changing the shape.
