What 🯢 means

From the Robotron KC computer character set.

Robotron, an East German computer maker, maps 🯢 to its KC character set. The Z9001 story runs from an employee-built prototype in 1982 to production in 1984. Its 4024 text screen used preset cell shapes for simple graphics; this half-circle was one tile. Unicode preserves the mapping for old text.
