What 𜲉 means

It was a glyph in the computer’s European alternate display set. The Sharp MZ-700 alternate character slot 0x77 held this mark.

Introduced in 1982, this computer built pictures from fixed screen cells and extra glyphs. A settings byte selected the alternate table one cell at a time. The glyph could not be typed on the original keyboard; displaying it required writing to video memory with BASIC’s POKE command.

Unicode’s 2021 proposal supplied its descriptive name. A saltire is an X-shaped cross; computer makers usually showed legacy glyphs in charts without individual names.
